Won't start all the time

Sy won't start all the time. It just cranks.. then after about 10-15 min it starts fine . Had at mechanic and it did it to him. He said the fuel pressure was low while trying to start. Pressure went up and it started.. Fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator

imo no, all stock works better together. If you were trying to push boost past the 14psi and didnt wanna tune the fpr is a way to gain a bit up top but, its all voodoo that i say stay away from
