wheels wont spin

this is a 4 door 93 blaze it was sitin for a long time do u think its locked up brakes (parking brake is off) even in 4 by 4 it wont move but u can feel it engage into drive and reverse it lifts like a syty launch but wont move you no .... what do u think ??? thanks

It sounds to be a froze caliper or wheel cylinder, hard to say though. If your trying to drive it any sort of distance you will need to get it fixed first, because froze calipers don't just get un-frozen by driving.

Not by driving.. but a 15 pound sledgehammer normally does the trick :tup:

Jack it up and try turning each wheel. Then fix it.

Sounds like the rear brakes have rusted solid.

I'd definitely be getting out the jack, dropping it in neutral (with tcase in 2wd) and start seeing what does spin. If the rears both spin (in opposite directions) but the driveshaft doesn't, then I'd be looking into the tcase and transmission.
