What trans to get

NHSTE - I'm the only one!
As my trans has 130k on it and was rebuilt to standard jimmy specs (soft shifts, etc), I'm looking for a replacement. What do people recommend, for a 500 -550 horse AWD street truck? Any help appreciated.
