600 horses ! Thats what happened. What color is your fluid ? Does it smells burned or looks burned. Clutch parks might be scorched.

What trans?? if it is a 700 more than likely 3-4 clutch check for burnt fluid but that is more than likely you problem.

Price of the truck come down $2k for the cost of rebuild?? Just messing around.

That's exactly what my trans did to me. Had first and second but everything else was slipping. When waller did the trans for me he said it was junk inside. Cost me close to $2500 for a "bullet proof" rebuild which there is no such thing for a 700r4....

waller rebuilt it for $2500. It was junk inside when he rebuilt it.

I am sooooooooo happy with my 80E. Well worth it if it turns out to be as reliable as they are supposed to be.

No my waller trans is fine... But then again it doesn't have many miles on since my truck spends more sitting with problems than it does driving. all I'm saying is from what I hear/see/read there is no such as a "bullet proof" 700r4. They are weak even with the best parts.

come on, i got 2 waller trans and alot of people are running 10's with it without any problems i''m not saying that it's bulletproof, a 4l80E isn't either. wake up spent 6k on a 4l80e or 2500 on a build 700r4. that's the price of 2.5 700r4's with NEW internals and new TC's
weak is weak, and budget is budget.

also, think of the headaches and all the hours and mine spent on this trans because nobody knew what was wrong wth it, do i hear 2 days of your time and 1 of mine? 3x7 hours is 21x$60 is how much? $1260 above your conversion
