What causes Delayed shifts??

Hey guys,
truck recently developed a prolonged/delayed shift between 1-2shift. Its the same type of feelin you get when a truck start KR real bad and you feel the ECM pull timing right when its about to shifts gears. Thats what I got. KR is below 2 when this is happening so I know its not that. Is there anything else to check before I go buy some Lucus tranny additive to get me through the summer till I rebuild her?? I already adjusted the TV cable, no differance?? Thanks Guys, Fern Sy#477

The B&M trans kit helps this out quite a bit. As for the cause I can't answer that myself.

Maybe your TV cable is stretched rendering normal adjustment useless.

Yeah fully sythetic was put in about 4months ago. I think from you guys are sayin is shes on her way out, Wanna play, gotta pay :lol:
