Weird problem. Not sure what section this goes in.

Here's the deal. The ty's tranny or converter isn't doing so well. I have to pull the tcc plug to confirm weather it's the trans or converter slipping. What happens is if you are really in it when the trans shifts to od it just goes to neutral. I have been driving in d and not really racing around anywhere until i can get the trans fixed. With the trans in d it's fine for cruising around town. This problem seems to be getting worse and happens more often. Now my problem is this. If i lean into the ty easy and bring up the boost or if i hit it hard the boost climbs to about 10psi when cool it breaks up or slips. When it warms up 160-180(trans temp), and around 15psi sometimes to around 20psi(spraying meth) all of the sudden the boost drops like 5-8psi and then builds back up and then drops and up and down up and down for as long as you hold the pedal. I am stumped to as weather this is trans related or ignition related. It's hard to tell if it's breaking up or ???? The cap and rotor has about 4k on it, and the atr wires are about 12k old max. I took a dm file a few minutes ago. I never have kr but i guess since it's going crazy i am showing some kr. I changed the plugs and they all looked fine. Is this possibly the trans just getting worse like it's slipping? What i am seeing on the dm file is that as the boost goes up and down so does the rpms. If the trans was slipping wouldn't the rpms just keep climbing or as it grabs is it pulling the rpms back down? I am so confused here.

A couple of ideas...
1) check the tv cable (make sure it's taught)
2) check the level of tranny fluid, low fluid causes these symptoms
3) 12k old wires doesn't mean shizz :D Throw on a cheap set or take them off and ohm them. That's an easy way to tell.
Go from there. If it came up all of the sudden, those are the fixes i'd lean towards. Keep us posted
