Remove the airbox, crossover tube, and orange elbow to get access to the upper fan shroud bolts.
Remove the fan shroud. Two 10mm bolts on each side hold it to the lower shroud, three at top front near hood rod.
Remove four nuts holding fan on.
Remove fan.
Remove serpentine belt and water pump pulley.
Tighten two of the nuts together on a stud, and use the back nut to remove the stud from the water pump. Use the top nut to install the stud into the new water pump.
Remove lower radiator hose's clamps. On mine, the clamp on the lower hose at the radiator was oriented so the battery tray had to be removed to loosen the hose clamp.
I pried the lower hose away from the water pump to drain the coolant. Fairly slow drain, ran down but didn't splash. Pretty much all ended up in one place (used a 5 gallon pail).
Remove the tensioner bracket. Nut on the water pump stud near the alternator and bolt at tensioner.
Remove water pump bolts. Stud under tensioner bracket requires deep 9/16" socket.
Clean old gasket material off engine with scraper and/or solvent.
Apply black RTV sealant to both sides of the new gaskets.
Use a wire wheel to clean the old sealent from water pump bolt threads.
Start the two upper bolts to hold the water pump on the engine. Apply RTV sealant to threads of bottom bolts and install. Apply RTV sealant to upper bolts and reinstall.
Reinstall lower hose and clamps, tensioner bracket, pulley, belt, fan, shroud, air intake.
