water neck

Howdy,

Are we using the same thermostat housing water neck as V8 chevys? If yes why they talking about O-ring seals?

i assume you mean that is the gasket the same as small block chevs. it will work but the "o" ring style on our trucks is the best. so good in fact i was able to reuse mine twice when i was having problems.

that item will not work on your truck. the angle of the inlet is wrong. our trucks use a "o" ring gasket. the housing you want to use is cut for an o-ring. no big difference. if you just want a chrome look, polish your housing.
