Well I have completed the turbo to IC pipe on the stealthy water to air I have built.

I thought I would post a few pictures of it.

I have decided to go with Aluminum piping and the pipe from the turbo to the IC is 2.5", the pipe from the IC to the TB is 3.0"

I really like the gloss black silicone connectors that I got.. took them forever but the prices were right.. just 3.5 weeks... :-?

Not sure if this is a correct post for the Tech section.. so please let me know if it is not.

It is all mandrel bent.

I use Burn's Stainless.

They are at www.burnsstainless.com very nice people.

I also purchased all of the stainless and did my 3" downpipe and complete 3.5"exhaust from them.

I also got all V band clamps from them

I will warn you.. the stuff is not cheap.. but it is exactly what I wanted.

Thier customer service, selection and delivery are all excellent.

I have ordered about 10 times from them.. not one mistake or holdup

Is there a pic of the complete setup(IC and all?)
I kept getting closer and closer to the screen while looking at it and didn't realize it until I was almost 3 inches from the screen.
Been a while since something made me do that.
You rock!

I of course have more pics... I take about 10-30 pics a day when I am working on the truck. I have been lame at putting them up on web site.

I will give the address anyway.. www.usionline.net/hpm.html

Here are two pics I put in an earlier post of the IC itself

Here are two of the water tank that I am going to use.

The water tank measure 665 cu in internally and hold three gallons of water... the whole system will hold about 5 gallons of water total.

Hope that helps to give you a better picture of what I am doing.

Well I have a source called Thermal Flex.

They have a web site at www.thermalflex.com

I will go ahead and tell you:
1. They have the best prices - bar none I have found
2. They have the best products I have ever used
3. Thier customer service sucks
4. Thier delivery sucks
* I ordered some items and gave them a credit card - took 3.5 weeks, which was 2 weeks beyond what they promised and they sent the items COD to the wrong address

But they have some nice stuff and they will make it in ANY finish.

On that note I have a 36" piece of 2.5" hose that is just like what is in the picture I will sell to someone for 10% off what I have into it.

I just don't need it.

Like I said.. they are expensive.

Lets see in my exhaust.. I have 4... :D

But my exhaust is in 4 sections and does not leak at all... it is very easy to take out.. and the tail pipe and the mid pipe (the section between the DP and muffler) come apart so I can change the tail pipe configuration and the muffler if I want to... it is sweet. And all mandrel bent SS.

I spent some jack on the piping... but that is what I wanted.

Nick,
Is there gonna be a heat exchanger of some type in your system?
Maybe just an ice water system only?
Looks very interesting.

(Sorry about the crap on the List today, that's what I get for trying to be a nice guy)

There is a heat exchanger in the system.. the plan is to have two separate systems.

There will be the standard ATR style Heat Exchanger mounted right behind the grill.

I am going to set up some sort of a bypass... something simple to do.. so I can just run ice with no CCHE on hot days... if it ambient is colder than the water.. it could also be an advantage... however it works out.

As far as the list stuff goes.. oh well.
