Voters Choice

Okay, so in all the mayhem, we forgot to pass out the voters choice card for you to vote on your favorite truck of the weekend. So, let's do it now (via poll).

PLEASE, only people who attended the Shindig need to vote.

Vote for your favorite and once we have 25 votes (the # attended) or someone gets 13 votes, we'll call it. If neither criteria is met, we'll call this poll on Friday (11/12) @ 5:00 pm.

I'm only going to list the 4-5 that the organizers suspect will win the award, but if you want to vote for someone not listed, PLEASE write them in.

Saw a lot of nice trucks. Whose truck was at the auto-x with the hood open, had the black chrome color powdercoated intake, and removed the A/C? I thought that Sy was pretty sharp, there was a lot of attention to detail. Nice job! :tup:

Im gonna have to go with Jimmy's clean stock Sy as well. Other than a few things, it was perfect factory stock down to the labels in the engine bay.

Could you transfer the 2 votes for my Typhoon to Jimmy's Sy AND add another vote (my own) for his Sy as well.

While I appreciate the staff selecting my Ty for the poll, there were much nicer vehicles present at the Shindig. The Lap 1 Ty is designed to do one thing well and the official SCCA autoX time results reflect that it did that with style.

Based on PMs and response here, Jimmy Vicino's low mile stock Syclone #0797 is the Voter's Choice winner. Congrats Jimmy! Will get the plaque over to you asap.

Congrats to Jimmy on a real nice truck. I remember when mine was that stock. It was the day I drove from the dealership in late 1991.:tup:

Congrats Jimmy. Enjoyed being able to meet you and chat for a bit. Original, unmolested Syclones are scarce anymore.....you have a nice one that truly deserves the honor bestowed upon it!!

I love these trucks and just want to help preserve them. Little by little, we are losing them and I just want to keep an example of what a Syclone was and is!
