Probably best to just take the exhaust housing completely off the turbo.

I'd also transition that port job into the regular neck of the turbine a bit better.

Thought i'd throw that out there.

Yep that one was done very well. You don't have to make it look beautiful, air is blind but any little bit helps.

The last image was with the carbide bit only, I have yet to get to the stones. After the stones I will be going over the whole inside of area that was removed with a sanding drum. So that's were I was so far. More to come!
