So have not driven my ty in about a month. Charged the battery fired right up, let it warm up for a while and decided to take it for a drive. Put it in drive and no go, put it in reverse and no go. Transmission was working perfectly fine when I drove it last.

There is plenty of fluid, just no engagement. Any ideas?

Stuck valve. Don't know which one though.

Well unfortunately before I noticed no shifting into gears, I have been starting it and letting it idle. It was at least once a week for about 20 min.

I wouldn't let it idle if it may not have line pressure. You can burn up some bushings and seals from lack of lube. Similar to towing it with the wheels on the ground. No lube.
