Transmission oil capacities

1993 Typhoon
Can anyone tell me the capacities for a transmission and engine oil change.
Is the transfer case included or is it separate.
I am thinking of using Royal Purple is this the best way to go

just reading on there that type f trans fluid (for cripser shifts). but went on royal purples site and it says not recommened for stock transmissions. whats the thoughts on this. cheers guys.

If you search there are many topics about transmission fluid. Most people recommend to NOT use synthetic transmission fluid.
