Trans slipping

Trans shifts fine and hard when driving like grandma. Any time I get into it in first gear it wont shift to 2nd unless i let off when it makes a horrible noise. Needless to say I'm driving like grandma lately.

Could this be TV, TC or just general slippage? Time for a rebuild?

That 4L60E swap has me intrigued.Maybe just wait for a bit and see how that works out for ppl.

Honestly,our 700's are poo.I've replaced mine a lot.So many times I am sick of it.

So really,I dunno,how much $ you got?
