Trans Case Swap

Hey guys, I may be smoking too much of my Christmas present, so don't chuckle too much when I ask my question. Here goes.....I want to be able to put the Sy on a dyno to do some tuning, but the only dyno available is for two wheel drive, and I don't want to screw up the SY's transfer case by disconnecting the prop shaft . I was wondering, could I temporarily install a 4x4 transfer case so I can run the truck as two wheel drive? If the answer might be yes, what transfer cases would work?

Your not going to hurt the transfercase running it on a 2wd dyno...puff puff pass.

Honestly the easiest route if you're actually going to go through with this is to get a second case that's locked up - or weld one to lock it up. Then you know it's right.

It's a rats nest any other way.
