Well my tranny started slipping at wot on the tcc lockup a few weeks back at the track so jim electronically disconnected the tcc lockup from the back of the ecm so it would no longer slip. Then a bunch of my buddies from kstate went up to the drag strip so i tagged along bc my car had been running fine. When i got to the track and took a pass the tranny did it again about 3 times in 3rd gear. Is this because the tc never locks up or are some clutches going bad or something. I am not going to be driving the car anymore until i fix the problem. I have already order a new torque converter.
