Throttle body throttle shaft

I have a throttle body throttle shaft vacuum leak which I was told can only be repaired by resleeving the throttle shaft, does anyone here know where I can have this done right? or am I better off just replacing it?

It's not stock, it's a Arizona Speed and Marine TB (52mm)
This has seals at both ends I assume that just need replaced, but I am no mechanic and would appreciate anyones help on this.

Search for "matt blum" and maybe "throttle body" and see what you can come up with. AFAIK, he's the "GoTo Guy" for this.

The guy is awsome, he recently did mine it came back looking and functioning PERFECT.
