the cac pump control relay seems wrong (circled below)
compared to the fuel pump further below

see fuel pump relay below

Am i just seeing things ? (or not seeing things?)

what do you mean when you say it seems wrong? there are many things that are wrong in those manuals. wouldnt surprise me if that was one of them.

I agree. The wires to terminals "B" and "C" are swapped.
