yes, but as i recall i had to get creative with the cable mount at the pan to get proper alignment. Dont ask how cause i dont remember all the details but when take a look you will see and be able to make things work.
fwiw I later changed to a B&m ratchet shifter and B&M cable that fits so well into the console you would swear it came from the factory. Mine used the t handle.
last week i did the same on Harry Andersons truck, but this time used the taller pistol grip ratchet from B&m. The taller shift has better ergonomics.
if you do this use both front to rear and side to side centerlines of the oem shifter in the straight up position beforre you begin and it can be neatly installed into the oem tray.
the reverse lockout lever wil come up just tanget to the boot plastic, between the oem indicator and boot plastic. very sweet install!
