go with the 61 since you have the converter.
The 61 I sell comes big shaft, and must be installed in a T04E compressor housing if staying with 3" inlet. It would be a good turbo for 500-575hp.
As for bolt on, neither are a true bolt on. Both require some sort of downpipe, and or adaptors to work. The PTE kit is nice if you want to run internal wastegate. If you want to run external then build your own downpipe, or modify the ATR wastegate and use their downpipe.
