sucked intake

I've got a high idle with 02 rich code MAP code and IAC code. Sorry I forget the specifics of the codes. My idle is high. I think one of my intake gaskets got sucked in underneath the manifold. I can't find a vacuum leak anywhere on top. Does anyone know a good way to test and diagnose a vacuum leak under the manifold, besides putting a peice of paper on the oil filler?

All that helped me do was verify that the leak was not on top of the engine or in any vacuum lines. It did help though. I'm thinking about trying it again and taking the oil filler cap off, putting a peice of paper on there and seeing if it will blow off. But it probably wouldn't work becuase of air going past the pistons. I'm looking for a way to check for a leak that is under the lower intake manifold, I've got mixed feelings about the bicycle tube trick. Except for the part where you light up a blunt and blow smoke around the engine to find air leaks, I can dig that.

I've used starting fluid, brakleen, propane, MAPP gas, smoke with bicycle tube and I have not been able to find the leak but it has all the symptoms of a bad vacuum leak. It idles around 1,200 with the IAC closed.
