SRP measures ........??????

I got 4.040 srps but when it comes to measurement the look like 4.030
The stamp under the piston is 40 D
If it is 040 it had to be 102,60 mm but it is 102,30
Does any one know what is going on ?

my 30 over srp that I ordered has 40 D stamped on the bottom

There is no p/n on it
139632 for the 030s
139633 for the 040s
One thing that i dont like is the nr on the ring set that is 14040 for the first 24040 for the second and 34040 for the oil ring
If the rings are 040 then i got a problem
Ill take the rest of the parts to the "blueprinting" guys
