wondering if anything like this is worth my time?http://www.ebay.com/itm/S74171-High...Parts_Accessories&hash=item1e5d19af64&vxp=mtr

I dont know whats inside the trans as far as corvette counter parts. something like this could already be inside the trans possibly?

Just got my 9/11 converter and when this thing gets done I would like any other little tune up be addressed when its out. I punched in 700r4 shift kits through ebay to get a round about idea of whats offered.

Yea I have no clue. Thats why I was asking. I will stay away from them. Just going to focus on the converter install and the tune.

Re: Shift kits

If you're looking to make your trans last put an auxiliary trans cooler on it. Heat kills them and a higher stall speed converter will create more heat. I wouldn't waste time with a shift kit.

Re: Shift kits

It has been said that most shift kits will undo what the factory did. Our trans were different from any other vehicle GM ever did. The stock valve body and factory shifting should be fine for trucks under 400 hp.
