With the vaccum line off of the regulator, I set FP to 52psi, as per ghettosleds's recommendation with the ultimate chip, when I installed the vaccum line, FP dropped to 40 psi. I thought it was only suppose to drop 2-3 psi? So I readjusted FP with no vaccum line, setting FP at 55 psi, with the line installed, FP dropped to 44psi. That is where I left it. Shoulf FP be at 52psi with the vaccum line or without? Is my FP dropping to much with the vaccum line? TIA.

The important thing to see is when the truck goes into boost, is the fuel pressure rising to accompany the raising boost.
drop will be different from truck to truck depending on idle vacuum and the health of your motor/vacuum lines.
I know mine, set around 55, idles in the lower half of the 40s. Tell us what mods you have, and we'll tell you what fuel pressure you should start with.
