pushrods & lifters # ?

does anyone knows the # of those ?
i just installed my new cam and i found the pushrods were in a bad condition
i need something better than stock

Ive used the following parts from http://www.jegs.com with no problems.

Roller lifters part# 270-10530-16. They wouldnt sell me 12 instead of 16 so you will end up with some extras. They will work fine unless you are running crazy amounts of spring pressure.

Push rods for roller cam part# 270-10621-16. Same deal here on the amount of them they will sell you. I could only purchase 16 of them so I ended up with 4 extra.
