We needed to order one for a local truck this week. Found it at NAPA. Their part number NMD 931153. When it arrived it was in the original shippers box. "Power Plus Products" # 9357. The pics I found online all showed the PPP piece as having a CV at one end and a universal at the other like the oe one. The one we received was universals at both ends like the one pictured on NAPA's site. Has a slip joint, looks a little heavier duty than stock. Fit perfectly. I'll try to get pics next time I'm near the truck.

Sounds like the one I just sold, but mine was made by a driveline shop. How much did it run? Here is the one I had made http://www.syty.net/forums/showthread.php?t=85122

EDIT, here is NAPA's. Its a little different than the one I had https://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/CatalogItemDetail.aspx?A=NMD931153_0303991158&An=0
