The Problem:

Hard shifting from the first to the second gear. The trans didnt Shift

Nearly normal shifting from the second to the third...

Try to set the tv-kabel but i didnt find the correct position :-(

Re: Problems with the kickdown

TV cable setting must be accomplished with a pressure gauge to be accurate. There should be an access port right by the lines on the side of the trans. Find out what pressure you need to SET at or get ready for a rebuild. If I had to guess at it, which I have, I'd set it as tight as it will go while allowing full sweep of the TPS sensor. But it's just a ballpark. Don't pound on it on else you will burn your forward apply clutches. Too much pressure and bye-bye band(s).

Re: Problems with the kickdown

Push the tab and set the cable all the way in. Get in the truck and push the pedal to the floor and you should here it click into place. The trick here is you have to make sure when your pedal is pegged to the floor that you're truly at WOT. I've seen plenty of vehicles floored and only really sitting at 80% on the throttle body.

Hope this helps.
