Pop - Snap - Clunk In Front End - Fix

Ya, it's got a Turbo
I've been chasing a "snap" noise in my front end for a few months now. Suspected it might be the "C" clip on the inboard portion of the front 1/2 shaft since there were several posts about it creating the same kind of sound. Pulled the shaft, replaced the clip, no difference.

This noise would usually only occur when doing a tight turn like into a driveway or a parking spot. Or, out of a driveway or parking spot. Well, I found the culprit last week. The lower front diff housing bolt wasn't as tight as it could have been so the diff was twisting forward and backwards. Snugged it up and it's a quiet drive once more.

Just thought I'd share.

I actually lost that bolt all together once, I would get a horrible metal rubbing/clunking noise when turning.

Turns out with that bolt out, the front yoke on the propshaft would hit the trans. dang.
