no vaccumm

my truck has no vaccumm on the turbo side, and on the other side it has around 15 but when you hit the gas it goes to 0 does any one know the problem

hi it makes a grunting noise when you try to give it to much throttle,and it hisses a little bit

Please explain this in more detail. Where are you measuring vacuum?
The more you open the throttle, generally, the less vacuum you will have in the manifold. More vaccum at closed throttle, less as you open it.
So, explain how and where you are measuring, and what malfunctions led you to testing the vaccum.

well what happened was that i stoped boosting. I just bought another turbo and put it on there. Eversince I have done that when you start the truck up it shakes real bad the tach starts jumping around and it wont stay running. We switched turbos back and it still does that. We triple checked everything that we touched on the truck but still can not find the problem. When you floor it the motor just grunts and does not rev up at all. I put the vaccum guage on the map sensor and on the wastegate accuator line. Please help.

sounds like a vacuum leak causing your problems. could be a bad boost selinoid that caused the problem in the first place.
