No Full Throttle Lockup Help

Its becoming a nuisance now. I've done a dozen passes at 3 different tracks, different fuels tunes and boost levels, identical trap speed at every track 112. E/Ts everywhere from 13.0 to 11.3, all with 112mph traps.

I run a standalone ECM so lockup is full manual with a switch. Works fine at part throttle lockup. But when I try to lock it WOT in 3rd, nothing. Trans is a built 700 with a new 9/11 TC.

Its getting annoying wasting fuel and track time when I cant run all out. Outside of the stock ECM is there anything in the lockup solenoid that prevents it from working under certain conditions?

I may have found the problem. The hydroboost doesn't return the brake pedal to the full upright position. I'm thinking when i am hard on the brake pedal when staging, then come off the brake it didnt return enough to engage the lockup button on the pedal assembly. My hydroboost doesnt have an adjustable rod, so i added a 1/8" shim to the pedal arm where the buttons contact. Hopefully this solves the problem.

After a run, when i slow for the return road, the engine would bog down in 2nd, so i know it lockup still works.

The interstates are patrolled too much near my house, so i will have to wait until the next test n tune to see if i fixed it.

I found my pedal switch getting pushed back so put a nut on there to stop that happening as well. Maybe it came with one originally but I had to do that.
