Mine starting doing this with 4th, then I eventually lost 2nd too. I believe 2nd & 4th are connected but I'm no transmission expert. Now mine wont shift out of 1st or will skip shift to 3rd. The tranny shop tried adjusting TV cable & that only worked for a very short time. I dont daily drive mine either.
