that tahoe, what was it running and what year, i had a chance at one, but i figured it wasnt too fast, it was the 97 body style, 5.7 whipple charged.

that sounds odd to me, i have a whipple on my tahoe along
with the typhoon, the whipple is not all that, granted it will
outrun pretty much any other truck/suv, and an old body L
but i dont see it having a prayer against a syty. And as far
as an ss camaro, i held even with one after he got the jump
up to about 130 with #1 and #3 cyl's at 30 psi compression.

well my sy is all stock with 110k miles...all stock, the tahoe has a 502 with a whipple and everything u can think off, he running in the low 14 high 13's...not bad huh, well hopefully soon i will be upgrading the tranny and hopefully sometime next year a new engine with a .30 over on it...
