Manual Transmission?

Has anyone ever heard of putting a 5, preferably 6-speed tramsmission in a syclone? This is something that I might like to do down the road if at all reasonable to do. I may have a good connection to get the tranny, but I want to know if anyone has done it or heard of it before I spend the $$$. Thanks for your help!

PIC's would be great, if you have them!

This subject has come up many times before, but the bottom line is if you want to go slower than put a manual tranny in place of the auto.

there is one being built here in Michigan, well it was the truck is now for sale, built motor 6 speed, elev transfer case, and a IRS with tube chassis. Ken

holy 2 year old dead post batman.

A manual conversion wouldnt be reccommended .

Actually Chad Milan AKA Protpsy has done one in his truck. He has been pretty silent lately. See if someone can find him. I am sure he can tell you about it.
