So I run into a Lightning on my way to take a friend home. I ask him if he wants to run and he says sure. He tells me he just has intake and a chip. So i DROP MY FRINED off and call ahead to my new TY buddy and let him know where we are going to run so they can go up and watch if they want to. So we go there and line up at the light. We had to wait for it to go through a whoole cycle cause it turned green right when we got there. I hate that. Light turns green and i break all four loose and were out. By the itme we hit 1/4 Im still about 4 cars out or so. He looked like he might have been starting to pull. Wish I coulda got that one on vid.

Greddy Profec B Spec II boost Controller
2500 Stall converter
Cold air intake (fender cut out)
AFPR
3" Cat back exhaust no muffler
And thats about it. Stock chip for now. Also soon to come wil be external WG and no cat.

At the track I ran a 14.4 with hole in my turbo to IC pipe. Dont everyone start pickin apart my shit. Im thining Im in the mid to high 13's. What makes you sort of ignorant is the fact that youlist every car I mentioned racing. If you read the post I didnt claim to beat all of those. Maybe you cant really read I dont know. If youwant proof and witnesses I can round shit up for you. Man I cant stand when people doubt me, I am probabvly one of the most honest people out there when it comes to this stuff. Believe me, when I lose, I tell the truth about it. I dont understand why people find my races so hard to believe. Blows me away.

Oh yeah, I was also only launching with a lb or 2 of boost and couldnt hold it cause my rear drums were out of adjustment. Im going to the track on the 30th and shouyld be running good.

Don't get your panties in a wad there Mike. Just saying your coming across just about every hot car and truck on the road and racing them. I may see 'em but hardly ever line up with 'em. Your right, you lost a few i.e. modded WS6 1/2 races, viper, mustang GT with Nitrous, and modded cobra. Some of your posts mention videos. Post'em up!

Still am not able to get vids on the computer. My camera is old school. Soon as I get the mopney for the program and adapter I will. The reason why I am able to line up with all these cars is because there isnt much to do here but cruise and there are literally hundreds that go out on weekends. This is a huge cruising town. Racing is big here. JUst got soem more vids last night. Anyways, the video adapter I saw at Best Buy is like $80 so next tiem I have that to blow I will definately pick it up. I guess if I could afford that if I spent one night at home or something casue thats about what I spend every night I go out. Sick...just sick.

I've seen some of his racing vids, and he isn't making $#it up. His truck hauls, and the racing scene in the Springs in amazing. Denver isn't bad, but there is 10x more action down there.

So, how many tranny's is that? Not to curse you, but I'm curious :tup:

Well, in the 2 1/2 years Ive owned this thing, I am now on my third. :lol: Its kinda worth it I guess. First time it took a shit on me I called around and the cheapest I could get soemone to do it for was $2200. I bout passed the ---- out. I told my ex, hun, Im goign to learn hot buuild transmissions. First build I used the wrong vlave body gaskets and found the problem within a day. Ran it for a VERY HARD 40k. Im @ 10k on my new one which I built in may/june. how time flys. Next build Ild like to steal me some 4l60 parts, well see, hopefully that wont be for a while.
