HOW DO I DO IT? WHERE DO I GET THE TOOLS TO DO IT FROM? MY MOTOR SMOKES FOR A SECOND AFTER START UP WITH THE TURBO OFF AND IF I HIT HER HARD. I THOUGHT THAT IT MIGHT OF BEEN MY TURBO EATING OIL BUT THATS NOT THE CASE. ANY INFO IS DEFINITLY APPRECIATED.

Hey man,

No offense, but I think your Caps Lock key is sticking:

I think you need new valve stem seals. However, if you want to go ahead and do a cylinder leakdown test, then you can get a leakdown tester from Jeg's or from your local auto part store. You will need an air compressor to pump air into each cylinder. I have not done it myself, so I will let the others chime in.

I agree with Richard, turn the CAPS off, sounds like your angry.

Anyway, what color is the smoke, if it's gray, it probably is valve guides, if darker than it more than likely valve seals.

sorry guys, i am not angry at any of you guys. i wasn't thinking that it would upset anyone. anyway the color of the smoke is blue.

Sounds like valve seals, if this is only on start up? As I recall, it cost me about $300 + or - to fix this.
