I need a kickdown (detent), and shift cable

anyone know where I can get either? Does anyone know the part #? I smashed them between the lift and the frame while I was puting the motor back in

I sell both.
Shifter cable is an HD kit with hardware to install it and the TV cable is a little different design but is a direct fit.
