Jamie I am truly sorry that I havent sent you the front diff I promised, but you must realize that sometings things happen in life that are beyond our control...I realize you live in AK but I told you there is no reason you cant pull your old one and still drive the truck. Im sure there are some ppl that have 2wd trucks up there and can drive them in the snow and ice....might not be as fun but sometimes you do what you have to...I am refunding you the money BC I dont want this to continue. Have a nice day
I think if you even had one shred of remorse or integrity that you would have sent the differential when you said you would have beforing charging funds.. or making empty promises...I understand that you work two jobs.. However, I explained from the onset that this was my main source of transportation and that I needed a part shipped fast.. as in the next day or two... You agreed.. i was prompt with my funds.. As in paying you via credit card as of noon the next day.. Your hand was open.. and took the cash..then you decided to screw me... again...
Think it should be known that last time I purchased an item(s) from you you stacked two SyTy rims (known to be prone to damage easily) on top of each other in a loose box with only a single layer of bubble rap in between .. and not even barely enough styrofoam peanuts to protect 1/4 of one wheel.... needless to say i promised I'd buy your rear wheels after I purchased your front wheels come this past summer ... however after receiving two fronts wheels with chunks missing out of them and large dings due to crappy packaging you might say that I was not interested in receiving two more the same way.... I was upfront about this when I contacted you regarding the differential.... was honest.... Obviously you either intended to be spiteful or just procrastinated.... but both are signs of bad business ethics.... I think you understood as well as I that what I needed was the differential and not my money back..
time is important.... something you still don't understand or care about....
yes you spoke of removing the differential during our initial conversation on AIM... My response was that this weather (snow, salt, dirt) isn't good no matter what condition...
secondly I don't have the tools or resources to remove this on my own... and it would cost more for two visits instead of one replacement...
I'm glad you're returning the cash... because I'd hate to see what might happen if I decided to invest in an engine with you come fall if this is how you treat all your syty list members or customers...
Think it should also be known that I was polite.. contacting John only once ever 4 days or so on AIM and I only called his residence 3 times before today...
Didn't harass him or anything to potentially
cause conflict in anyway... You think my parent likes lending me their vehicle when they work two jobs so that I can attend my classes at the university, run errands, or inconvience her... Don't think so...
