Header Flange thickness?
Primaries wall thickness?
Primaries diameter?
Collector Outlet diameter?

Thats pretty beefy...I was thinking 1/4".

Im more interested in the primary diameters and tubing wall thickness.

well the kb have 1-1/2" primaries, 2-1/4" secondary, a 2-1/2" downpipe and the flange is a 1/2" thick.It also looks like the walls of the headers are .085" in thickness.

.085 walls are decently thick from what Ive read. Thanks guys this was the info I was looking for.
