fullsize/ upgraded front diff?

Has anyone done one or upgraded front diffs? I know unless you are putting down a ton of power will they not break, But I am going to be putting down a ton and want it built proof.

So any upgraded front diffs are the zr2 s10 diffs actually bigger or has anyone installed one from a fullsize?

I have searched but have not come up with much.

The ZR2 front differential is said to be "enhanced" from GM but it's still the same 7.25" high pinion IFS differential. I'm not sure what makes it enhanced or not but you'll break many things prior to the front differential. Remember the front is only getting 30-40% of the power.

The full size Chevy 8.25" is a completely different design and would take a lot of modification to get it to work. It's very long requiring frame modifications, and it's much wider, also requiring even more mounting modifications. Anything can be done with enough time, money and know-how, I just don't see it being beneficial to the build to spend so much money, time and research doing it.

Thats part of it though the front diff is receiving more of the power than usual and a lot more torque then most. I had also figured the zr2 would not be any better but had heard it was a larger ring gear but had not seen anything to confirm or disprove it.

So has anyone not upgraded there front diff? At least better internals, lager axles some kind of cooler?
