front driveshaft question

i yanked my tranny, transftercase .. etc... and the driveshafts.. i noticed that the front driveshaft says.. dynotech engineering? is this some sort of aftermarket? is it a upgrade from stock?

i decided to do this one myself. in the garage on jackstands.. i am thinking of turbo 400 with a brake, heavy duty driveshaft and half shaft. then we will put her on c16 and see how she does ;)
