front diff problem

I got diff fluid coming out of the breather for the front diff. I don’t think it over full because I had the front and rear serviced last year some time and has been fine. After I got the trans rebuild few months ago I noticed fluid all over the bottom of the front diff with fluid formed drips on the end of the breather hose. Any ideas would help great.

i really can't think of a way how the fluid could get out of your diff at the breather port..

are you sure it isn't coming from the engine?

Yeah because the end of the beather hose is wet with gear fuild and you can see formed drips. Plus everything else is dry under the truck.

The only thing I can think of as far as fluid coming out the Frt Diff vent is that it might have gotten real hot - for whatever reason - or that it was the wrong fluid and boiled too easy.
