Flywheels

Does anyone know which flywheels fit our trucks? I know its 168tooth, but is it externally or internally balanced? Does anyone have a pn for a flywheel out of summit that will work?
there's one from TCI that says:
1986-94 small chevy, 168tooth, externally balanced.

Would this one work?
