What should I do with the vac line? Should I plug it at the sensor? Should I run it to another random vac line?

follow the selinoid's feed line back to the check valve. Put a vacuum nipple on the check valve's output. Get rid of the 2 hard vacuum lines and selinoid - leave connector hanging or cover with electrical tape and move aside.
