dumb question 700r4

the square white plug (4 prong,2 wires)on drivers side of 700r4, is that some sort of park, neutural safety switch plug? I ask cause I'am swapping to a 4l60e which does not have that plug in trans and did not know if that is a park,neutural plug that needs to be looped so she will start?

or is it the lock up wiring which wouldn't apply to me anymore since I will be running a tci trans controller
