Did Sy's come with Dynatech propshafts?

I was changing my oil today with Mobil 1 and a K&N oil filter and I noticed a "Dynatech" sticker on the front propshaft. Is this a stock shaft or did the previous owner throw in a surprise?

sounds like a surprise. I have a spare propshaft out of a clean 20K mile Sy and it has no stickers on it.

When I swapped out what I thought to be the stock front shaft on the Ty, it said Dyna or Dyno tech also... who knows...

I looked at some pics of stock propshafts and I guess they did come with Dynatech units after all. Oh well, it hasn't snapped yet :roll:

as the original owner i can tell you mine did.

but its no where as beefy as the dynotech replacement i have

My Sy came with a Dynotech propshaft. I tore two boots in a single year!

I upgraded later on to their improved beefier shaft and haven't torn a boot yet in over six years.

Btw, I also am running their metal metrix rear drive shaft

My Sy and Ty have the stickers on the propshaft.
