dequick intercooler piping

where the piping goes across the manifold, i think i am going to have to trim the bottom of the cowl hood to make the hood close, the piping is kind of high there. anyone else have this intercooler and harwood cowl hood? thanks jack

I've got a fiberglass cowl, and no matter how I position the upper IC to TB pipe, it still rubs the underside cowl support just a little.

if i remember, you need to modify the oil filler cap and make it lower, so the pipe will rest down more and wrap around the back of the manifold.
