Datamaster Connection Issue

I tried connecting the Datamaster today and keep getting a...

No PCM Sync...Waiting.....Secs

message. I tested the cable and everything passed, just cannot communicate with the PCM. Any ideas?

Yes, COM3. The program recognizes the cable, I just cannot communicate with the PCM?

If you look in the help section in DM I think there's a pretty good section on how to set your port... you have to change the latency settings to get it to be reliable. I always make sure my key is on, or truck is running before I launch DM.
