Cruise control removal

Does anyone have a website or instructions on how to remove cruise control? I'm sure someone has before. Want mine gone cause the cable running to the throttle body is keeping the blades open...
Don't get it, almost like the cable shrank...
Eh, never use it anyways so might as well take it off and save the weight.
Thanks all

Ok, never mind. Wasn't that hard to disconnect
but may I leave the vacuum line and wires just there, or does the vacuum line need to be plugged?
Does it matter.
Thanks again

I'd not leave any unplugged vacum lines there. AFAIR there is a 'T' in the HVAC line going to the cruise servo. Remove this vacum line and plug the 'T'. Check you vacum line diagram under the hood on the radiator support.

BTW, don't wnat to be smart ass here, but do you think this giant gif89a is an absolute must in your sig?

I second the motion. I would have said something earlier but I didn't want to be the first one to say anything  I mean, 1.9 MB is a bit gratuitous..

Just because you didnt want to be first, doesnt mean you need to be second. Keep your off topic opinions out of this area...

Daron, you can eat my dick. I know you don't truly have a problem with my posts or else you would have said something to Falco for the same thing. Fuck off already and GET OVER YOURSELF.

Flame me if you must about my sig picture, but use PM's next time and don't waste even more boards space...geez
The vacuum line I'm concerned about is the one coming from inside the cab, not the one running to the vacuum harness.
I know better than to leave that one disconnected. But does the other do anything?
TIA

Ok, I missunderstood you. This line should go to the vacuum release valve mounted on the brake pedal bracket if my memory serves me well. I've removed the whole thing.
