I didn't feel that was really worth posting but it has been slow on here lately. I put the insurance back on my truck last week and have be taking it easy until I could burn up all the gas from last year. I filled up with fresh 93 and was cruising home when I see some faux HIDs zipping in and out of traffic coming up fast... I was passing another car and moved over into the slow lane. As the car in question goes by, I can see that it is a riced out contour :roll:. The driver seems to think that he is Speed Racer and has no interest in messing with me. I think about giving chase for a second but decide it's not worth wasting gas on. Then the moment that all sytyers hope for occurs, a red light.
By now he was a full quarter mile ahead of me sitting at the light. I no sooner get stopped beside him and before I drop the transmission into D, the light changes :squint:. My gauges are lit up like a Christmas tree and with my window partially down I can hear him putting the pedal to the metal. Get some! It's on! Even though I didn't get the build any boost it didn't matter. I really hope that he simply gave up after I pulled on him because after I got out of it, he was an easy 200 yards back. Like most sore losers he turned off at the first side street that he could afterwards. It was good for a laugh :lol:.
