Cold air kit?????s

have a few questions on atr's cold air kit. Are these worth the money? WHere did you put your battery. Did you buy the $150
battery relocater kit? Does anyone have a picture of their motor with this installed?
Also when you remove the stock air box and put on a cone filter or the cold air kit does this create more intake noise or anything like that. any comments or opinions i would appreciate
